The object of intense, hidden longing becomes an apparent reality in a self created imaginary space. The boundary between reality and fiction fades. We are left balancing between the real and the imagined.

This ballet was commissioned by the Belgian Television for the dance program "De dans ontsprongen" filmed under the direction of Dirk Gryspeirt. This filmed version was awarded one of the main prizes of the 34th international "Golden Prague" TV festival 1997, the "Czech Crystal".
